MEXICAN BIRRIA

Mexican Birria is prepared by slowly braising beef in a deep, flavorful broth made from dried guajillo and ancho peppers, garlic, onions,ginger, tomato, herbs, and warming spices. The chiles are toasted and blended into a rich sauce, which the meat cooks in for hours. This long cooking process allows the beef to become incredibly tender while soaking up the bold, smoky flavor of the broth.


Traditionally served during celebrations and special gatherings, Birria is loved for its rich aroma and juicy texture. The shredded meat and its savory broth can be enjoyed on their own or used in tacos, quesadillas, or over rice, delivering a deep and satisfying taste in every bite.
